Easiest snickerdoodles ever!!!

Looks like you are all blessed with 2 recipes tonight. After I made turtle fudge cookies with the girls, my husband informed me that's not the kind he wanted! I know, right!!! Since I was in such a generous mood (he helped with the dishes today) I asked him what he wanted. He said chocolate chip or snicker doodles. I don't even know why I asked, I already knew that.

I opted for the snicker doodles since they have been one of my favorites ever since I found Duncan Hines yellow cake mix snicker doodle recipe. If you haven't tried it yet, you must!! My husband is hooked, I'm hooked... And of course my kids are too.

They only have 3 ingredients (5 if you count the cinnamon & sugar). Super simple and quick. And did I mention delicious. Make sure you have some milk in the
fridge before making these because you will need it.

Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix Snicker Doodles

3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 box Duncan Hines (or whatever you have on hand) yellow cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil (I prefer to bake with coconut oil)
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375° Grease cookie sheets.
Combine cinnamon and sugar.
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in bowl. Stir until well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture and place 2 inch apart on cookie sheet.
Flatten balls with bottom of glass.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until set.
Cool one minute on cookie sheet before moving to cooling rack.
